Australian welfare system · explained
It is a network, not a single queue.
Eligibility depends on the particular system you are entering. A person may qualify for a Centrelink payment, use Medicare, receive NDIS supports, access a state concession and have superannuation or workers-compensation rights at the same time. Each layer has its own law, administrator, eligibility tests and review process.
