For a current Australian entitlement or payment decision, the administering authority, current legislation and the applicable agreement text take priority. Comparative sources help explain structure but do not override current law or agency guidance.
Why sources can disagree
Sources may describe different dates, household situations, programme definitions or jurisdictions. A historical ISSA rate can differ from a current Services Australia rate without either source being 'wrong' in its own time context.
Core records
Ingested sources are registered in Core with source URL, publisher, retrieval status and date. Agreement-country ISSA profile snapshots are tracked separately from Australian authority pages.
